Postage

All of our items are sent using The Royal Mail. Orders sent to a UK address are sent using the tracked 48 hour service, If you would like your order to be sent using the 24 hour service, please do get in touch!

International Postage:

We regret to inform you that due to the new regulations of GPSR that came in to effect on 13th December 2024, we are unable to post orders to Northern Ireland and EU Countries. We hope to be able to continue this service soon.

Due to the nature of our store and items being handmade to order, our lead time can be up to 10 days. This does not include postage time. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way, orders sent to the UK usually arrive within 48 hours but occasionally the Royal Mail do have delays. Please get in touch if your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable timeframe.
