POSTAGE

All of our items are sent using The Royal Mail. Orders sent to a UK address are sent using the 1st class service, If you would like your order to be sent tracked, please do get in touch!

Orders sent to Europe will now incur a customs fee set in place by the receiving country. These fee's are payable by the customer. I send all items to Europe tracked. I regret to inform that we can no longer send to Germany.

Orders sent to America, Canada, Australia & Asia may also incur a customs fee, which again, is payable by the customer. These orders will also be sent using a tracked service. 

Due to the nature of our store and items being handmade to order, our lead time can be up to 10 days. This does not include postage time. You will receive a notification once your order is on its way, orders sent to the UK usually arrive within 48 hours but occasionally the Royal Mail do have delays. Please get in touch if your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable timeframe. Orders sent overseas may take up to a few weeks to arrive.
