Frequently Asked Questions

Our items are lovingly handmade using OEKO-TEX certified organic cotton fabrics. Our Double-Gauze items are made a little over-sized to allow for the gorgeous natural fabric to crinkle as it washes. Wash at 30 and line dry - a cool iron will smooth out some of the fabrics natural wrinkling, but we love how it looks just the way it is.

You can follow the exact same instructions for our Corduroy and Jersey fabrics, which will keep it looking its best wear after wear. An iron should rarely be needed but if you do, make sure it's a cool one. 

Un-tie dungaree straps before washing to keep them nice and flexible.

If you are after an item quickly, please do email us and let us know. We will try our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible. However, Please bear in mind that all items are made to order and this can take time. 

We will accept returns within 14 days of purchase, if the items are sent back to us in the same condition that they were received. If you wish to return an item, please email us at info@raphandrose.com to arrange to do so. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, we suggest using tracked postage. 

Once your order has arrived back with us, you will be refunded via the original payment method.

We only hold a very small stock and most of our items are made to order. Lead times are up to 10 working days, although we try our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.

Orders can be collected from our brilliant workspace at Ayres House Studios in Wallingford. We will contact you once your order is ready to arrange a convenient day and time. Just select the 'Click & Collect' option at checkout. 

Alternatively, orders can be collected at any market event we are attending. Just shoot us an email to arrange.
